what are the valentina requirements on windows?

Hello,

I have a single customer, where my LC program with a read only 4.8 valentina
db crashes while opening on a Win XP SP2 computer. I can't easily debug my
program on that computer, because it's an offline computer with a customer,
who hardly can handle the computer. I checked already to switch off the
antivirus while installing and starting.

Because this problem is only at this customer, I am looking for what can be
missing here. What are the requirements for Valentina on windows? Is a
special version of dot.net framework required? What is the
Microsoft.VC80.CRT installed with Valentina? Can this get a version conflict
with anything of the system? Which requirements to check else? Perhaps
something in the system is corrupt, but what to look for?
