odd indexed string behaviour?

hi ruslan,

ok "utf16 for now".

i really want to use valentina for a major project but the lack of utf8 is a roadblock. 

will it become reality?  and if so, can you estimate when?

* yes only utf16 for now

* we was going have utf8 but some hard bugs have stopped us ...
so far nobody asked very actively, so we did not push that direction.

* also  many dbs can support only utf8 or utf16 as we know.
So we did not consider this big problem ...
