V4RB 4.9.1 problems on Windows

No, this 4.9.1 updated release doesn't solve the problem.

If I downgrade, installing the 4.9 release instead of 4.9.1, all is right,
but not with the 4.9.1 release (updated at 13 Dec 2011).

Is there big changes between the 4.9 and 4.9.1 release in Windows (can I
find somewhere the release note about these) ?
