You need Vstudio to design and test reports.

For RB app you need to have V4RB ADK, and use its classes
    Vproject + Vreport  to produce reports from RB app.

Right in SQLite there is no such classes.

You need install and use V4RB ADK.
    just you will not use Valentina DB, but VREPORT engine will work.
