v4RB and RealStudio Personal Edition...

I'm not seeing much info in the log:

11/10/11 6:21:41.848 AM [0x0-0x73d73d].com.realsoftware.realstudio: V4RB PluginEntry
11/10/11 6:21:41.848 AM [0x0-0x73d73d].com.realsoftware.realstudio: V4RB - DisableRBDB file IS NOT found. Enabling RBDB.

But I'm pretty sure I have the DisableRBDB file in the correct location, where it used to work for me, many versions ago.

Is anyone else using this environment: RealStudio 2011 or 2010, Personal Edition, with file named DisableRBDB located within the RS application package to keep it from choking on v4RB's "professional" features?
