[NEW] - VSERVER MAC added integration to Growl

    for now two events are fired:
        Server Started
        Server Stopped


We have decide to add this feature, trying resolve issue when DEMO license
expired, and then vserver become endless restart and produces a lots of log
files...

Now MAC user can see events in Growl, and realize very fast that license is
expired.
