vServer - how to prevent endless attempts to start

But if vserver cannot start then how it will send emails?
    
We have add SNMP support, remember?
We think that SNML tools can help for such kind of tasks ..


Also for MAC and Linux such task can be solved using
    cron  
    + small php script which try connect and if not
        then send mail ... In PHP this is easy ...
