vServer won't start every time. Urgent please help

It turns out I had a copy of vServer Embed. I thought that I needed a copy
of vServer Embed installed for when I make stand-alones. So now I'm really
confused. Also I have a license but it says it's invalid although clearly
the dates say it is valid so why would it be "DEMO"?

ERROR: Licence license_mac_4418256755851287 free subscription is over.
Licence license_mac_4423126404399447 is registered to DEMO.
Valid until 2011-07-31. Subscription valid until 2011-07-31.
