vServer won't start every time. Urgent please help

How do I solve this vServer problem an Mac OS 10.6.8? Your last suggestion
on this was to look for a vServer 64 installation which I did and erased.

If I restart the Mac several times then it will work.  But how can I
diagnose what is happening here and fix it?
