Hi,

Valentina Office Server is a standalone, single install product. Whomever
buys/registers it is the "buyer", and Paradigma Software is obliged to give
the buyer warranty and technical support. Just like buying a box of software
off a shelf. If you ordered it for a customer of yours, your customer could
still ask Paradigma for support.

Embedded Server is a white label product we license to VDN subscribers (you,
as a developer), and then you license it to your customer. Your customer
goes to you for support, they don't come to Paradigma.
