OmegaBundle - using vOS as Web Site backend DB

Hi all vOS users,

More of a general solution question then specific to vOServer usage.

I have a number of hosted web sites.
SQL server costs about $10 per month just to be available.

MSAccess has no charge.

Is anyone having to pay extra hosting charges for having vOS as their Web
Site Back End DB?

Just reading up on the vOffice Server for the first time.
Does vOS come with a basic 5 connection license?

What's the difference between the free OS and the vOS?
Besides the non commercial use license.
