Temporary files ...

When Valentina opens a DB, it really can create
    dbname.tmp volume.

It is created in default system Tmp folder.
Even not sure its full path.

Yet can be create few Logs ...

You can disable logs using
    SET PROPERTY WarningMode to FALSE

Check exact syntax in the WIKI.
