Required DLL files

Hi all,

First of all; a healthy & safe year to everyone

As a new user to Valentina DB I'm still learning a lot. My main area is to use VDB as
part of my .NET solutions for MS Excel.

A question that has been on my list is about required DLL files and in particular why
we need to have the following files in the same folder as the exe file:
icudt30.dll
Icuin30.dll
Icuio30.dll
Icuuc30.dll
