hi ruslan,
i can't think of one that has such a feature.
the db that i'm migrating from is codebase (client/server using foxpro dbfs) 
claims to have such a feature but i've never seen it work.

triggers - yes - that should do nicely!
(i'm still very new to the sql stuff)

We do not have such feature in Valentina..

You know any db which have this?
So we can take a look ?

May be this can be done with help of triggers ...

And you can use exactly feature of Valentina
    PROPERTY OF TABLE   to store last timestamp ...
