Valentina Office Service and SharePoint

Hi all,

I plan to install my recently licensed Valentina Office Server on a Windows 2008 Server
R2 x64 that also run SharePoint 2010 x64 & SQL Server 2008 R2. Are there any
considerations I need to think of before installing the Office Server? 

It should be noted that this server is not in any production environment it's a test
platform for my products.
