Is it perhaps a fresh OS X installation where you don’t have xCode /
development tools installed?

I am on vacation -- and only rare can get email ...

So you have found it seems that after RELEASE build
You must run install script, which installs vcomponents into .app bundle.

And it seems you have no V4RB_xxxxx file in the your .app

* open .app bundle and check Frameworks folder
does it have any file started with V4RB

Yes I have : V4RB.rbx_0.dylib
