RB and DisableRBDB

I recently upgraded my RealBasic (standard edition) and am now having trouble with RB complaining about V4RB's "Pro" features. I have the DisableRBDB file in /Contents/MacOS within the app bundle, but still have the problem, and can still see Valentina menu items in Project/Add...

Has something changed regarding this feature and the use of the DisableRBDB file?
