procedure entry point not located

I am using V4RB with RealStudio 2010.  I have built my application on mac OS 10.6 (compiling for Windows), and am trying to run the executable on Windows 7.  There seems to be some kind of problem with incorrect paths.  When I run the exe, I encounter the following error:

"The procedure entry point ?FreeStringU at fbl@@YAXPA_W at Z could not be located in the dynamic link library vshared_release_x86.dll

Any thoughts on what needs to be done?
