LoadDump weirdness

Hi Ruslan,

what's the use of inNewDbPath parameter in this function?

	- (void)loadDump:(NSString*)inPath inNewDb:(NSString*)inNewDbPath dumpType:(EVDumpType)inDumpType;

it seems to be ignored, and DB is created exactly where the old one was...
this info is stored in the XML dump I guess.

I seem to recall this issue was discussed here some time ago, but couldn't find it in the archives.
