Deployment V4MD on Mac

Dear all
 
I just had to update my V4MD Xtra from version 3 to version 4. 
 
With the old version I needed to use a script "INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4MD_v3"
to deploy on Mac. This script doesn't work anymore with the new version.
 
Where can I get a updated script for deployment? I can't find anything on
the website.
 
Any help is very much appreciated.
