where do I get INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4REV_v4 from?

Hello Ruslan,

I am just installing version V4REV_4, 4.7 (trying to get rid of my mysterois
bug)

In Version 3 I had a script INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4REV_v3 to add the
vComponents to my standalone bundle.

I don't find this script for version 4. Where do I get it from?
