To clarify.

* Few years ago, did exists say REALBasic 2007 or even 2006,
Which self was made with help of CodeWarrior.

This REALbasic accepted plugins made by CW also.
And we have drop support of this.

* Later, it seems from RB 2008, they have start develop RB in XCODE.
So all plugins also requred in XCODE.

This V4RB.rbx plugin contains
    * MAC Carbon made with XCODE
    * WIN
    * Linux
    * MAC Cocoa - todo
