Hi Ruslan,

Thanks for your very quick responses.

The diagnose process ends with a dialog window saying "kernel error:
0x86000 compressor error".  When I then look at the contents of the
diagnose log file, I see the last line is:

All right!  ( Field: title , type VarChar )

Is the diagnose log file complete or did the diagnose process fail?
