[MAC] DEPLOYMENT scripts updated to optionally copy VSDK.framework v1

Hi All,

Deployment scripts for MAC products
    V4MD, V4RB, V4REV, V4CC

are updated to copy VSDK.framework optionally.

* This is because from v4.5 we have drop VSDK v1 in the vcomponents folder.

* Now v4 scripts can be used as for 4.0 - 4.3,
So with 4.5 and newer.
