Error while compiling CLI

I just found a problem with V4RB that is quite inconvenient. If I try to
compile a console app in RB, I get an error during compilation even though
my app does not use Valentina.

PropVal, VDatabase.Name (property value), Type mismatch error.  Expected
VRBDataBase, but got Variant, Name:Vdatabase

This in version 4.5.
