Missing Components in V4.8

I dont have :
Microsoft.V80.CRT.*
Wxmsw28u_vc_custom.dll  

in V4MD win 4.8 (present in 4.7)

it's strange...
I have 2 folders :

folder v4md
icudt30.dll
icuin30.dll
icuio30.dll
icuuc30.dll
msvcp100.dll
msvcr100.dll

and folder vcomponents :
dnssd.dll
vclient_release_x86.dll
vkernel_release_x86.dll
vreport_release_x86.dll
vresources
vshared_release_x86.dll

??
