Is built with help of MS Visual 2010.
So no we should not depend absolutly on runtime
    MS CRT 8.0

Instead we depend on runtime 10.0

Now Vserver, Vstudio and vcomponents folders
Contains TWO MS dlls for 10.0 Runtime.
That should be enough
