Missing Components in V4.8

Hi

 

I just tried to install the latest version 4.8 for Windows. The following
files are missing:

 

Libeay32.dll

Ssleay32.dll

 

Missing or not needed

 

Microsoft.V80.CRT.*

Wxmsw28u_vc_custom.dll

 

Btw: what are the runtime dll's needed for the release 4.8 (v4.6 we have to
install vc2005 redist. Still the same or newer ones?).
