My Valentina doesn't open anymore

Well, and this is the same computer where you did build PREV version of your
app??

Note, that if you use OTHE Rcomputer, or even have installer newer OS X,
You should re-install V4REV_3.

Easy to check:
    Change date on your computer, and start again.

But this is NOT license exactly, because if serial is wrong or expired, your
Valentina calls must work 10 minutes.

Only AFTER 10 min you should see issues from Valentina.

Picture you describe sounds like you may have not installed
    /usr/local/lib/vcomponents
