I have check and this is steps:

* menu SUPPORT 
        My Account     --- this is Jomla user account

        Login here


* now when you are logged in,

    click STORE 
    on the right side near to Cart, you will see

    " Account Maintenance"   -- this is Virtue Mate store account

    click it

    sometimes -- ODD -- it asks to loggin again.

    and here you will see list of your orders.
