[V4RB] Extensions Inconsistency

Hi, 

My DB has the name "HKKA_DB.vdb" and is opened with default setExtensions.

Within the RB Debugger this gives

HKKA_DB.blb
HKKA_DB.dat
HKKA_DB.ind
HKKA_DB.vdb

With the compiled Version and after 'OpenDB' I get with this version:

HKKA_DB.vdb
HKKA_DB.vdb.hkb
HKKA_DB.vdb.hkd
HKKA_DB.vdb.ind

If I open HKKA_DB.vdb with VStudio, I have

HKKA_DB.blb
HKKA_DB.dat
HKKA_DB.ind
HKKA_DB.vdb
HKKA_DB.vdb.hkb
HKKA_DB.vdb.hkd
HKKA_DB.vdb.ind

in the directory.

If I use the name "HKKA_DB" (without extension), I get

HKKA_DB.blb
HKKA_DB.dat
HKKA_DB.ind
HKKA_DB

HKKA_DB is associated with VStudio, but I cannot open it with VStudio.

This seems to be a problem since Version 4.5.

This is a problem for development - I cannot use VStudio as a Test.
