VStudio Admin vs. VStudio Pro

I have a client that wants to purchase VStudio to gain more 
advanced access to the database my app creates.   He asks me 
what is the difference between VStudio Admin and VStudio Pro 
aside from the price.  I have to admit, I'm not sure myself and 
the web site (at least what I can see) is not clear.

I think the difference is the reporting feature, but I'd like to 
be sure.  My app does not support reports or client/server, so 
he will have no need of either.  What should he buy?

Also, my app is running 4.1.  Can you please remind me where the 
downloads for previous versions is located.  I assume if he buys 
a license for 4.2, he will be allowed use of 4.1.
