Hi Greg,

You have them of course :-)

When you have installed V4RB was installed
    vcomponents folder

Go to Finder, type CMD + G
And paste this path

    /usr/local/lib/vcomponents

Here go to folder 
    vresources/English


NOTE: there is no need write XML parsers of these files.
    Valentina self load parse and use them internally.
