We going to star work on this in nearest 5-10 days.

We are not on beta of RB yet.
So I don't know exactly what is required to make such plugin...

But I think this is just kind of

A) link not on Carbon but on other Frameworks,
    -- we already have this

B) marking of such plugin by special signature.


* And I think RB r5 Cocoa do not work yet in 64 bits, right?
