Do not mix two very different things.

SHARED ACCESS to files -- MS Access do this.

CLIENT/SERVER technology.

As Ivan have point you need to use Valentina Server.

Exists three editions:

* Valentina Office Server
* Valentina Embedded Server
* Valentina Community Server

Technically they are the same.
Main difference is in license.
