AGAIN about Warning Mode

Don't agree.
Log file is the only thing we can use when turning it on for debugging
in production environment (you don't want all the users to suddenly
see these strange messages).
And it is easy to archive. For debugging purposes it is handy when you
can look back few hours or days. (but we need datetimestamps in the
warninglogs)
