Description: 
* Can be used only for Recursive link. Otherwise ERROR:
errLinkMustBeRecursive.

* inRecID  is record we we start
* inLevel can specify maximal level we should go up.
* inOnlyThatLevel - if TRUE then only records of THIS level will be added
into result.
