Well,

So today I have continue play with your project

* now it was able add picture using your original way

    OpenPicture
    fld.WriteAsPicture


* but then I did get crash on second picture vew from db.
    finally I have found that issue is not in Valentina
    but in this line (commented)

  if iw_picture.Image <> Nil then
    //iw_picture.Image.Graphics.ClearRect(0,0,200,200)
    iw_picture.Image = Nil
  end if

I have replace to = Nil
And now I can add pictures and read them.

RESUME:
    was found and fixed one bug when RB give to plugin
    not MaPict bug Gworld.
