Some pricing is going to change with the release of Valentina 4, but more
importantly maybe is policy

Right now, the update is $149.99, but you can upgrade at any time, even if
your update plan is currently expired.

BUT, and this is important

New pricing for ADK updates is 60% of the full price, but only if your
current update plan is not expired. If it is expired, then there is no
discount, its full price.

We want to encourage developers to keep their subscriptions up, so with the
release of Valentina 4, there is a major price incentive to staying up to
date.

So if your ADK plan is already expired, you will save money by updating now.
