Yes good news here.

I have take a look at RB SDK.
As have point to me other plugin devs,
This Cocoa staff present in public SDK from r4 and r5.

And as I have expected, it is not hard.

So after release 4.5 (expected nearest days)
I will spend a day to make this cocoa part of V4RB.
And we ship it in fast 4.5.x release.
