install script fails in Snow Leopard

I've just upgraded to Snow Leopard, and the terminal script to move  
the VComponents to the compiled RB app package no longer works. I'm  
getting these errors:

      /[pathname]/INSTALL VCOMPONENTS V4RB: line 45:  
install_name_tool: command not found

Has anyone come up with a revised script?
