Which fields should I use?

Hi,

I am moving an SQLite db to Valentina. I would like to check that I am  
using the correct field types.

Foreign ID fields - 'Long'
Fields to store values up to 9999 - 'Short'
Fields to store text up to 20 words, requires 'Index By Words' - 'Text'
Fields to store text of an unknown length (may be thousands of words),  
requires 'Index By Words' - 'Text'
