IMHO 365826 means code "59502" and this means

	<DESCRIPTION>ERR_OS_FILE_NOT_FOUND</DESCRIPTION>
	<MESSAGE>File &quot;%S&quot; does not exist.</MESSAGE>


so this means there is something wrong with you FolderItem or Paths  
when trying to open the db - one more idea user rights?
