I have spend few hours reading around.

This is big task.

1) we need about 10-12 new functions into SQL

2) we need about 10-12 new spatial field types
    POINT, LINE, ...

3) we need R-Tree index

I think even if start this task as high priority,
It will take 1-3 months.

But I cannot say yet when we will start it..
