I checked again and found, that deinstallation of the VNET-4.0.0 didnt 
deinstall the vnet.dll in the global assemblies.
So I had a mixture on my system between 4.0 and 4.0.1

Now, after carefully cleaning up and reinstalling 4.0.1 it works.
Sorry for the trouble ;-)

I will start my tests now.
