[DOCS] V4RB, V4MD and V4REV -- updated API Reference PDFs

Any idea when/if you will do a Objective-C manual? I have printed out
all the header files which is probably just as good (especially since
I know how everything works from the other licenses I have) but for
people who just do Cocoa, its not enough!
