Import to MySQL

Hi Thorsten,

been there, done that. For a really ugly Lotus Notes "database"...

The current database is simple enough, but I still think that a full  
migration is too much work. But I found another solution. I simply  
convert the data to the original format, which can be read by the  
competitor application directly.
