Hi Ruslan,
I tried to set this attribute after creating a new database, before
importing any data and after opening the db, before reading any data:
get VDatabase_IOEncoding( gDBRef, "UTF-16" )
without success. I don't get german umlaute on Mac. On Win everything still
is ok. I tried also: parameter "german" without success. Probably I didn't
understood you right, where to set this property with what parameter. I
search the kernel wiki, but didn't found any table for encoding.
Thank you
Tiemo
