Let me underline:

1) 
    KIRILL -- do not have MAC also.
    and he was able build application on his Windows


ONE AGAIN:

2) When you run on your Windows  installer.rev
    it creates in your Documents/Revolution folder
    the full correct structure of folders.
    do you see this?

This is from INSTALLER.REV
You see it creates MAC OS X folder also ?

Frankly saying I do not understand what problems you have now

Have you see letter with STEP BY STEP instructions?
