Thanks very much for the book suggestion. It's weird that MS SQL would be
the other big SQL database that follows SQL 92 like Valentina.

And for clarification.  When you change the search to case insensitive
obviously that only changes the LIKE '%upperOrLoverCase%' searches and not
the = 'CaseMustMatch' searches?
